First of all I cannot commend Jill's Homestead enough on making my customization request so simple (lengthening the straps) so many leather workers I've dealt with are not willing to do so, which is unfortunate for a plus sized lady like me, but JH did so with no issue and my bag arrived so quickly. I've carried it every single day with so many compliments. It's genuinely the perfect size for me and is getting softer and squishier as each day passes. I will 100% be a return customer!!!!
