Jill's Homestead accepts returns for store credit only, no refunds.
Exclusions for returns: all custom orders, auction items, signature fringe bags, specialty straps, nest boxes and marked down (last chance) or promotional sale items discounted 20% or more. This is subject to change.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order and the item must be shipped back within the 14 calendar days. Your return must be approved prior to sending back your order.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start a return, please send an email to contact@jillshomestead.com. Please include your order # and reason for the return.
The item must be returned unused and in all its original packaging. If the original box is not able to be used, a box of similar size must be used. Do not fold handbags and take care to lay fringe as flat as possible. If the item is sent back and shows signs of use including fibers, hair, odor, wear, poor packaging causing damage, or otherwise shows signs of use, we will not accept the return and return the item to the sender at the cost of the original purchaser.
All close out sale items, auction items, earrings, Nest Boxes, straps, signature fringe bags and all Custom Orders, to include Feather Tassels, are not eligible for an exchange or return. Shirts and sweatshirts are exchange only - if the requested size is no longer available store credit will be issued.
All returns and exchanges will be subject to a 4% restocking fee - fee is subject to change at any time. Orders sent back without approval via email may be turned away or incur a 10% restocking fee. Orders sent back not meeting New condition standards will be returned to the purchaser. The purchaser covers the cost of shipping to return the item to them in this case.
